Booking Policies 

Since introducing our online booking system we have had a number of clients reschedule or cancel their appointments at the last minute and small amount who don’t show up to their appointments at all. As a small business this lost time and cost to our Clinic can no longer be ignored.

Please understand that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our busy schedule exclusively for you. This also means that this time is no longer available to our other clients.

Last minute cancellations 

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 30% of the cost of your scheduled treatment.

Last minute rescheduling  

If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 30% of the cost of your scheduled treatment. Please understand that we consider rescheduling your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time to be the same as canceling your appointment at the last minute and the same 30% fee will apply. 

For those clients who “reschedule” or cancel their appointment more than once they will be required to pay an upfront, non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the cost of their treatment in order to reserve their desired appointment time.

No shows 

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled treatment. 

If you do not show up to your appointment more than twice you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 100% of the cost of your treatment in order to reserve your desired appointment time.

If you do not show up to an appointment that has been pre-paid such as a treatment that is part of a package, that treatment will be forfeited. 

We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control and in the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancelation fee or no-show fee or pre-paid treatment may be applied to your future services.

Personal Belongings

Pure Aesthetic Skin & Body and its employees do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged property that is bought into the clinic by clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have all possessions with them before leaving the clinic.

Payments

Pure Aesthetic Skin & Body accepts payments for products and services in the form of cash, eftpos or credit card. Payments are to be made in full after your treatment prior to leaving the clinic.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Gift vouchers issued prior to 26th March 2018 are valid for use for 12 months from the date of activation. Gift vouchers issued on or after 26th March 2018 are valid for use for 3 years from the date of activation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Gift vouchers must be surrendered in store upon redemption.

If purchase exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period.

Expired gift vouchers are not redeemable and gift voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.

Gift vouchers are treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Pure Aesthetic Skin & Body does not accept any responsibility for lost or gift vouchers.

If an appointment is made to redeem your gift voucher and is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, your gift voucher will be forfeited.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and clinic menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Health

Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. For your safety, you will be asked to complete a confidential COVID-19 Declaration Form prior to your appointment. 

We ask that if you are sick or have cold or flu like symptoms that you reschedule your appointment. 

You may be required to have your temperature checked upon arrival to your appointment. 

We ask that if you have travelled interstate or overseas that you reschedule your appointment for 14 days after your arrival into WA. 

We ask that if you have been in contact with a person who is confirmed to have COVID-19 that you reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days. 

We ask that you kindly sanitise your hands with the hand sanitiser provided before and after your treatment. 

Stairs

Pure Aesthetic Skin & Body is a multilevel Clinic, we have 3 treatment rooms upstairs and 1 treatment room downstairs, if you are unable to go upstairs for any reason please let us know prior to your appointment so that we can reserve the downstairs treatment room for you. 

Mobile phones / technology

To preserve the peace and tranquillity of the clinic, we respectfully request that mobiles be turned to silent when you enter the clinic.
